Area company honored as leading employer in region
ELIZABETH — Mustang Survival Manufacturing Inc. of Elizabeth was recently honored as a leading employer in the region. The company earned the 2007-2008 West Virginia Employer Advisory Committee (WVEAC) Region 4 Employer of the Year Award. The award presentation was made at the 2008 WorkForce West Virginia Conference in Chester, W.Va. Mustang Survival employs more than 100 people in the Elizabeth facility. The facility is a highly skilled industrial sewing manufacturer of marine survival apparel for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, NASA, Canadian Armed Forces, Canadian and New Zealand Coast Guards and high performance leisure markets.
